Please make sure to follow the steps below to ensure your blender is working:

1.) CHARGE FOR 6-8 HOURS.

When the light is RED, it is still charging. When the light is WHITE, the blender is already fully charged.

2.) SECURELY TIGHTEN THE BOTTLE TO THE BLENDER BASE.

When the light is RED, it means the bottle is not properly attached to the blender bottom. Try to remove the jar then put it back securely fastened to the base.

3.) PRESS THE POWER BUTTON FOR 5-10 SECONDS.
